• Arrival and departure

  The reception desk of the Snežienka Guest House is situated behind the tennis hall and the reception desk of Teniscentrum Guest House. On the day of arrival, you may check-in from 2:00 pm, on the day of departure, the room is to be vacated no later than by 11:00 am. Late check-out by 3:00 pm is subject to a fee amounting to 15.00 € (only when there are vacancies). The reception desk is open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm. A delayed arrival is to be notified in advance via telephone +421 917 124 293 or via e-mail .

• Cancellation terms and conditions

  Upon booking in the TOP and/or high seasons (winter and summer), we may request a 30% deposit to be transferred to our account or card payment pre-authorization up to the same amount. In case of booking cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit becomes non-refundable and serves as the cancellation fee. In case of booking cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded to the payer´s account in full. By paying the deposit you consent to these terms and conditions. Any violation of the terms and conditions may result in our refusal to provide accommodation or termination of the contractual relationship. We believe that neither of the above situations will occur and we wish you a pleasant stay. The payment for accommodation is to be settled upon arrival in the guest house.

• Important information

  A child up to 5 years of age may have accommodation at no charge provided that the child sleeps with parents in the same bed. Children's bed costs 10.00 €/night. You may take small breed dogs to our guest house. The pet fee amounts to 15.00 € per night. If you wish to take your pet with you, please, inform us about it in advance upon booking. In case of any damage to or extensive fouling of room furnishings, an additional fee will be charged.

• Confidentiality Declaration

  The Snežienka Guest House deems all the data sent via an electronic forms to be confidential and therefore we declare that we will not disclose the information to any third party. By submitting the form, you agree to process your personal data pursuant to Act no. 18/2018 of the personal data protection.
  Smoking in rooms and within internal premises of the guest house is strictly forbidden.
